Modern house built in traditional stile in the middle of Koroni with a splendid see view. The two separate apartments are available for rent for shorter or longer periods throughout the year.
Our house
Our house is located in the central part of Koroni by a narrow alley without car traffic. The alley is quite steep, so the house is not suitable for people with mobility problems. From the house it is only a few minutes' walk to the center with bakeries, grocery stores and other services as well as to the small harbor with restaurants and cafes.
Both the apartment on the main floor and the one on the upper floor are available for rent. The apartments are of the same size, approx. 70 square meters. In each apartment there is a common room with a fully equipped kitchen and sleeps 4-6 people.
The small Artaki beach is situated just five minutes from the house. Walking distance to the fantastic Zaga beach on the south side of Koroni is a little longer, about 10-15 minutes.
KORONI
Koroni is located in Messinia on the Greek mainland, in the southwestern corner of the Peloponnese. The biggest town nearby is Kalamata, which is about 50 km from Koroni. During the summer season, it is possible to fly to Kalamata from several major European cities.
Koroni is a small port town with around 1500 inhabitants, The town is built on a hillside with traditional buildings and narrow lanes that lead up to the ruins of the impressive Venetian castle. From here you have a splendid view of the city on one side and the fantastic Zaga beach on the other.
THE AREA
If you are looking for a calm and safe environment with plenty of possibilities to experience Greek culture and fantastic sceneries, Koroni is the right place for you. Everything you need is also comfortably in reach such as bakeries, grocery stores, post office and ATM. There are also plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.

THE APARTMENTS
In the middle of the old town, you will find our house in traditional Greek style with two separate apartments. When we don’t have the opportunity to be here ourselves it is possible to rent both the main floor and the upper floor, separately or together. Both apartments are fully equipped and of high standard.
HOW TO FIND US
Koroni is situated by the sea about 300 km from Athens and 45 km from Kalamata. Koroni is one of the most picturesque towns in Greece. with its traditional white houses and narrow lanes climbing along the hill.
The area is renowned for its mild climate, olives and sandy beaches (one of which is the nearby Zaga beach with its turtle nesting site).
